When ordering genuine Warn replacement parts, you'll need to know the model number, battery voltage and serial number for your winch. On planetary gear models the serial number can be found on the gear end housing. On upright, spur gear models (M8274), look on the top of the winch housing.

About our exploded view image map catalog system: Hovering your mouse cursor over the item number of a part will show the name and a description of the part as well as the part number (may not work in all browsers).  Clicking on it will add the item to your shopping cart.

In some cases, two versions of a part may be available, such as a 12V or 24V option.  In these cases, the second option description is shown inside ( ) parenthesis along with the phrase "call us to order."  Clicking on the item number will add the first option part to your shopping cart. If you want to order the part option in the parenthesis instead, please call us. 

Some items which appear on the exploded views are not currently listed in the catalog - call us for information if the part you want is not currently catalogued. 

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is quite simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you receive from WarnServiceParts.com you may return it within 10 days of delivery for credit to your card or you may choose to have us apply that amount towards another purchase.

If the product you have received from WarnServiceParts.com is defective or damaged, you may return it for full credit towards another purchase or exchange it for the same item.

If the product you have received from WarnServiceParts.com is incorrect due to your ordering error (i.e. you ordered the incorrect item), or for any other reason besides damage or defect, the following applies:

1. You may return the product for a refund.  You must pay shipping, and shipping costs are not refundable.  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

or

2.  You may request to exchange the item for another product.  Shipping and return costs are not refundable.  You will be charged a $5 handling fee for the exchange.

or

3. You may request a credit.  Shipping and return costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit.  A $5 handling fee will be charged.

NOTE:  Special order items are NOT returnable nor will we issue a refund.

We do like to find out what you are unhappy about so that we may be given the opportunity to make it right for you. However we do understand ordering from a catalog or over the internet makes it very difficult to be sure if it is just what you wanted. So if it's not quite what you thought it would be just let us know.

Send an email to info@WarnServiceParts.com and be sure to include your name, address and your order number. Also include a description of the problem and what you would like us to do for you.  We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number.  You must write this RGA number on the carton.  You must pay for shipping to return the item to us.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

After we receive the product back in a re-sellable and unused condition we will refund your money less any shipping charges. If the product has been used we cannot accept it back and it will be returned to you.
